I agree on Gabe Newell, but I'm not sure on Bill Gates, because whilst its true he's had a massive effect on software and computing in general, its difficult to directly relate that to gaming, thus I'm not sure he deserves to be higher. Also, I think I forgot about Peter Moore when I made my list.... oops, lol.
Oh, and Warren Spector needs to be on this list solely for Deus Ex... it's the greatest single player game ever created imo. Yes, I'm bias on this!
