just to add, my router is kept upstairs in pc room, i bought the cheapest netgear router thats designed to use in more or less same room. but my ps3 is downstairs in front room.
and i still get a high wireless connection %. so i think you will be ok, if unsure get a router with a larger range to be on safe side.
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
