it depends on your signal strength.
on my ps3 when i go into settings, it comes up as 95% - 98% so its pretty solid.
i dont think it would be any different on 360, you should get a very good connection.
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
