I have always stated this from the very beginning, I view the Wii more as strictly a toy console and the PS3 more as a multimedia console. Your bottom line is correct, but Sony cant give away 100M consoles for free by selling off their assets, and that's what I was referring to.
And yes, the PS3 could well end up selling 80M by the end of it's lifecycle, but it won't beat the Wii. It doesn't matter if the Wii is a toy or an ice-cream maker, it will still sell more.
