No...PS3 and 360 still look considerably better than Wii games on old TVs. The gap just isn't as big because the resolutions are lower. All the bump mapping, shaders, particles, you name it still exist.
Great looking Wii games like Mario Galaxy could certainly look better to many than lower-end 360 games though.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
