It is so funny that people are still thinking this is just a out of the blue move by Sony. Sony had this tech working all the way back in 2004 with the original Eye Toy. Their internal studios have had this tech available for years, but non of them thought it was worth the effort. Thankfully for us gamers Nintendo ventured into that space and proved it is viable. Now Sony has finally decided the time is right, and they will not be dicking around. There is money to be made in this sector, and Sony is going to make sure they compete for that reason allown.
IMO, motion is yay and nay. So far the Wii has shown me very little to get exited over, but that does not mean that motion could not be a great way to game. Like Michael Jackson said in Man in the Mirror, "You Can't Close Your Mind".
One last thing. Sony has been rolling out the Playstation Experiance markeeting blitz. This is a full out PS3 PSPgrass roots marketing effort. They have it at the Best Buy in my area. It is a little section were you can get hands on with a fully functional PS3 or PSP, and Sony has an on site sales agent that can show customers all the bells and whistles. PSE is coming to all BB locations buy this holiday, and will still be in effect when this device hits. If Sony has a game that can show consumers a level of motion experiance that out classes the Wii, they may just be able to swing the pigilum.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
