Oh, if that's the case, then I don't have a problem. Unless the have a scaleable engine, they of course can't do that. If they're willing to scale up the PSP version later, that's cool, but the important thing is if they meant the source version or not.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
