I just don't think people have the same standards for a portable version of the game as they would for the home console version. I'm not necessairly saying the Wii shouldn't get or can't handle a version of Tekken 6, I just that I don't think it's viable from a business standpoint. The only reason I mention hardware limitations would be a factor is because the 360/PS3 versions will look and play better, so most people with more than one console would opt for either the 360/PS3 versions over the Wii since it won't have motion controls (like Tiger Woods 10 etc. etc.) to improve on gameplay to attract sales. (fyi motion controls are the last thing traditional fighters need nobody that plays fighting games wants them.) The market for Tekken 6 on the Wii seems limited to people that only own a Wii and are okay with its control scheme - I think that's too small to support a Tekken 6 port. Street Fighter IV/Blazblue/KoFXII/SCIV amongst others have ensured a large portion of the fighting game audience already owns a PS3/360, so that very important demographic isn't going to buy the Wii version. I just don't see the a healthy market for the game on the Wii - that's all.
And for the record, I don't hate the Wii - it was my first console this gen and I've spent more time with it than my 360 and have enjoyed more Nintendo IPs this gen that Sony or Microsoft IPs. If it wasn't for SFIV/Blazblue, I'd have spent the most time on my Wii. I just happen to like and play fighting games, and I just don't think the Wii is a console that can support a traditional fighter. At least from what I can tell, a lot of the dissenters seem to play fighters as well, while most of the supporters don't and just own a Wii. In other words, the people most likely to buy Tekken 6 don't think a Wii version can be succesful. The people not likely to buy it do.
