Yes and no ...
To a certain extent some game series and genres will have a lot more resources devoted to them so what was once seen as "Shovelware" will now become much more polished and "Complete" games.
At the same time, the combination of HD budgets being so large that publishers focus their best teams on those platforms to minimize risk and the lack of investment on the Wii providing few examples of third party conventional game success will keep the majority of the best conventional third party games on the HD consoles.
