Haha, Ah... Kbers blatant fanboy post made me forget what i was going to say... Sony IS the gaming industry and the PS3 is the best value... it's a decent value if your looking for both a vidoegame machine and a Blu-ray player... even then it might not be the "Best" value. (Which, not many people are.) Pure gaming value, not so much right now. That's like... the NES right now in my book. For the price of a Wii you can get the system and a crapload of entertaining games.
Oh yeah. MLB Power Pros probably wasn't expected to do much, I mean even I was going to overlook it at first with it's "Kiddie Backyard baseball" type graphics. Amusingly it's one of the sipmplest but deepest baseball games i've ever played, some of the statistical options are just sick, and it has a story mode!
Of course it has the same problems all MLB games have, basically being the best teams always find a way to choke in season mode. (The Redsocks are in last place in the division, the yankees are in third behind the bluejays. That can't be all on me being the orioles.)
I think the game was mostly made to make it's money in Japan. Maybe if people knew it was from what I believe is the longest running sports franchise in the gaming world it would get some respect. (SNES till today?!)
