 Yes morals are relative.

Let's use the Catholic church as a prime example here. Their official stance is that sex before marriage is completely and totally wrong and amoral, but to most of secular society, there's nothing wrong with it.

That was fun, let's try something else.

Suppose you've grown up in a poor family where you've seen you older siblings steal stuff so you can have dinner that night, are you more likely to think that stealing is ok now that you've seen big brother pawn a set of golf clubs? You bet your canned refried beans you are.

 So yes. Morals are completely relative, most likely tied to how you were raised. See: Nature vs. Nurture.


Buisness Ethics however are not.
