09tarhell good fred dude.

If wii fit + is set to replace the original wii fit then maybe it might sell a few more that I predicted but not much more as I can see wii fit continuing the sell at the same level for much longer, unless there is a big price reduction.
If it is as it stands now just a sequel then I stick with my original prediction 4m. I purchased the original wii fit mainly because I was intrigued with the balance board at not particularly interested in the fitness aspect of the game. I think that perhaps many core gamers are like me and are more interested in the peripheral so by that rational like I would not be interested in buying a second fitness game.

What about wii fits main audience moms, young women will they be buying wii fit +? Again I don’t think they will. I suspect most of the women who brought wii fit did so because it is seen as a buzz product a must have impulse buy, like there favourite celebrities fitness video. Most of these women may have used the product a few times and grew tired of it very quickly and it is now stored under the bed next to some resistance bands. The women that did find it enjoy the product and are perhaps still using it will see no need to get an updated version as the original one works so well, why spend more money?
