What do you consider cheating/not cheating in Pokemon?

I'm glad I got a few opinions on the matter. I'm still going to do it, because I feel it's fine and doesn't take much out of the game, besides more of my free time. I will still do all the bulk work for EV/IVs because that's what irks me the most with the "real cheaters".
