The ps3 sales have always been in the 20k range for america. In case you forgot, ioi over tracked the ps3 last month REMEMBER? Now he's adjusted them down to match the pathetic 119k total over 5 weeks and adjusted October to match the trends.
119k/5 = 23k a week
