$250 Wii > $200 xbox 360.

Price cut don't increase demand in the product type(HD gaming), they increase demand in the product (PS3).

People who didn't ever want to buy a HD console, won't want to buy one just because it is cheaper.

But people who wanted to buy one, might now choose the PS3 instead of the 360.
