The DLC is on the disc. Why charge extra for something and force people to download it when you can burn it on the disc at no extra cost to anyone?

If split screen was in the original, it's in here.

WM+ is irrelevant. WM+ is a gesture enhancement, not a IR enhancement and would serve no purpose in Modern Warfare. Don't just assume every game needs WM+.

So you get no voice chat and reduced online player count but you get free all the DLC right on the disc and IR controls.

Still poor, eh?

About the DLC on disc, ive read otherwise. Can you post a reliable link?

Theres no new content, no Wii specific features, and, unless you prove me wrong,

The PS3 gets 6 moth old ports all the time, only it has new content. THis is a 2 year old port on Wii, with no new additions.

I'm telling you this because I've been told this by my staff in Cologne who have been told this by Activision.

So the IR controls aren't new to the game?  The Squad Mate Mode isn't new to the game?   And didn't the OP state "-new content added"?

Are you sure?  The OP said that the DLC was not on the disc.  It also said that Squad Mate mode is back, which is not split screen.  In that mode the second player could only shoot, while the first player could move and shoot.

Read my post again.  I said, "If split screen was in the original, it's in here."  Was split screen in the original?  No, it wasn't.  Also, read the OP again.  It didn't say DLC was not on the disc, it said, "-DLC map packs are in question".  But as stated above I've been told otherwise already.

By the way, while X360 and PS3 offered 18 players online.  PC offered 32.  Stop the, "But it's 2009" nonsense.   If games had 32 players online back in 2004, then every single game should have 256 players online by now but they don't.    It's not they year, it's a factor of many things that establish how many players a game can utilize online.
