Brasil have more than 250% of taxes to import a game... here a Wii game worth more than a medium salary... and everything we buy come from China...
ya, I know that it is not Nintendo problem that we have this taxes, but here you buy you PS2 and start saving money to buy a WII in five year (a "original" WII here costs more or less U$1200, imported from USA w/ modchip, U$700), no way to spend in games... at least Nintendo is making some profit out of their hardware...
No modchips = 0 sells in Brasil. Anyone have money to buy games... and yes, I want to buy then, I just can't afford a WII yet, and when I buy it, will be dificult to get original ones (I'm planning in buy at least one/year to play online, but it will be hard).
