At this point, many of those core games on the HD consoles aren't costing as much as they were at the start of the gen because most of the FPS and TPS games seem to be regurgitating the same tech with something slightly more impressive than a mod (or less, I've seen some really good mods).
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
