@ indodude - can you, or anyone else, show me the part in the article where mentions people that actually want a PS3?

eh... I know where this goes. People here love assuming everything is some sort of battle tactic or strategy, and usually decide their positions and anger just by reading the title of the thread. I'm out.

It could also just be people assuming that people are assuming everything is some sort of battle tactic when it could really in fact be some people just thinking a comparison like this makes no sense at all.

Coming from personal experience I can tell you that using a laptop as your DVD/BD player on your TV set instead of a BD player and/or PS3 is just plain retarded. It kills your battery and with that your portability goes out the window. For home entertainment use a PS3 as your BD player is much better than a laptop.

As for portability the comparison would make no sense seeing as how the PS3 isn't portable. Laptops also come standard for the most part with 6V batteries, meaning you would be lucky to get a full 2+ hour movie in to begin with before the battery gives out.

This is just a dumb comparison.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
