From what I read on that list, Waron:

All cars have exterior damage.
Some 170 premium cars have interior damage.
They brought back a some cars from GT4... not "830 of the 1000 cars were from GT4".... Did GT4 even have 500 cars anyone????

EDIT: Just looked it up, GT4 had around 700.
