It is. The figures I listed above were for SCEE regions - 99 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Oceania and Africa. North + South America are part of SCEA jurisdiction...and SCEJ is just Japan.
That leaves Sony Computer Entertainment Asia, where Sony had shipped 4.5m PSPs through January 2009 (when they announced 50m PSPs shipped worldwide) if you look earlier in the thread or on google.
PSP shipments through June are something like this (my estimates):
Americas - 18m
SCEE Regions - 17m
Japan - 13m
Mainland Asia - 4.9m
