...and one last thing, remember this. If the console does have a launch bug, remember how owned you might become for saying that I'm a loon in this thread. I think I have a very valid point, and most of you agree with it on certain levels, even if you don't think it's as much of an issue as I do, and you have to be careful with new consoles. Cross your fingers.
I would have gotten the slim myself, if it had some sort of functional gaming or media upgrade, but I think Sony didn't want to piss off phat owners, so they kept it the same all around.
