I hear they are going to bundle copies of Windows 7, Office 2010 and a Zune HD with every Arcade/Elite this Christmas in hopes of countering the PS3 price cut. But im not sure its going to be enough, as the Xbox 360 still costs $300 + $300 (6 years of Live) + $100 wireless + $200 BR. They cannot compete with a PS3 which is 1/3rd the price.

To be honest.  I knew MS was up a creek when Sony released Home.  It has been all downhill from there.

Not so, they were doomed ever since Tekken 6 was announced. No? How about... Final Fantasy XIII? No? Devil May...?...screw it.
