I too think that xbla is being a deciding factor in people jumping into an xbox gaming experience. I know some gamers do not see the point in paying 50$ a year for a service, but quite honestly it's not that bad. I wish my other entertainment fees were so low. Anyways, you really do get what you pay for.. two of my friends were convinced based off netflix streaming alone. Another friend of mine, who only owns a PS3, was lamenting just the other day how lame it was that he couldn't get to play all of Fallout 3 yet, just as my brother was excited to have finally closed out all it, and it's expansions, out in achievements. So my end point here is that it is indeed something that is worth the value and I am positive that many potential new gamers look at its values and not it's monthly cost.
