Gears 3 will defintely also be one.
Wii:
Twilight Princess (launch day)
Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (BEFORE launch day, my EB had some games out early)
Super Smash Bros Brawl
Mario Galaxy
Deadly Creatures
NSMB Wii, Silent Hill, and Mario Galaxy 2 will hopefully be the same.
DS:
Mario 64 (launch game)
Must have Edgeworth ASAP - 'nuff said
PSP (when I had one):
Twisted Metal: Black (launch day)
PS3:
Zip. Though I'm hoping to get Uncharted 2 and Heavy Rain on the first day.
