Not bad but there's something wrong with her face, it'sa doll face and so not really creepy (for me frozen girls are creepy, frozen dolls aren't), making the face less visible (by putting it in some sort of shadow) would probably have a beter effect. Still, this is far better than Dead Space Extraction's cover, which I absolutely hate...
