Pretty safe bet the PSPGo's profitable.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Slim was profitable at 299USD. We know damn well that it's profitable at 299Euros.
Also, SONY's finding quite a few ways to make money now. VidStore, PSN Games, PS1 Classics, Home Items, Premium Themes, Qore, App Store for PSPGo, Playstation Network Cards.
I think they'll start posting some profits in the games division.
