The slow season is when we are really going to sort the men from the mice with regards to how the two companies will compete at new price points.

But I agree that as off now all PS3 fanboy's excuses are off the table. The console must perform now and not stop performing, or it's all over.

a. The intro price for 360 is still far cheaper and MS can still cut the price. So no, price as an excuse is not off the table. IT just depends on how MS (one of the smartest companies in the world) reacts.

b. The holiday season will be extremely important because it is the holiday season which pretty much sums up the rest of your year. It is also during this time that leads get bigger or smaller.
