How do you feel about telling others about your interest in game sales?

it's nerdy enough telling people i'm into computer games. I mean, i'm 26, with a full time job, and a girlfriend who i live with... computer games are not that cool to most people.

When i do say 'i play video games' they say, "like the Wii?!"

I squirm, fight away the insult and say, "yeah, something like that."

As for tracking the sales: no, i don't tell people, i just say i'm looking for news about a new game.
