It will have its merits in fitness, and possibly add replay value for certain games (different outcomes based on your fear/adrenaline reaction) It can be cool if used right, but I think it's a somewhat shallow entry into psyche-based gaming. It may get people thinking in that direction more tho.

Why? It's just going to be another set of random minigames just like they do with all the new periph releases. Dr. Wario: twitch!

games are:

get your heart rate up as high as you can!

get your heart rate as low as you can!

Now, get it high, THEN LOW!

the heart rate will then control things like the speed wario walks to the grocery store, or you help a star burn brightly to fix a constellation of the invincibility star or some such random stupidness.
