Also SONY Bend. Their last game was Resistance Retribution on PSP. Which released in march. If this game in Question is a PSP game on and not a PS3 game, I could definatly see them making it at the same time as Resistance.

They do seem to have quite a few free second party devs though

Sony Bend is working on Syphon Filter. (they mentioned they want one on the PS3 multiple times)
