No. I said that to Toastboy based on the past games in the series. I hgighly doubt it'll sell that low. As far as hype goes, that's true. There are people who think that. I just see his prediction as too low. Have you checked the series, none of them sold lower than 1.5mill. Why would GOWIII sell that low?

It's very unlikely that it'll sell less than 1.5m but there could be many reasons of why would it do it, and maybe he just feels that something will happen and won't let the game sell. If you look at what have been said, saying that it'll sell only 1.5m is as "ridiculous" as saying that is the most hyped game ever (actually, I think that the second is more). I mean, like I said there could be many reasons of why would it sell that low, but to get the tittle of "the most hyped game ever" Sony would have to make a HUGE marketing campaign. What does this game has to be called "the most hyped game ever"?
