I would consider Silent Hill, Red Steel 2, Monster Hunter 3, Muramasa, Tales of Graces, and The Crystal Bearers to be AAA third party games. Some of them might not be able to get the 90+ rating on metacritic for it however. Then again, if we go by the metacritic definition, Resident Evil 5 wasn't a AAA title. |
Out of those, I'd probably consider Red Steel 2 (about 80% sure), The Crystal Bearers (about 70%), and MH3 as AAA titles. When it comes to budget and effort, they probably are the biggest. Ratings, I'm not sure what they will get.
No More Heroes 2, regardless of score, will be a definite AAA Bazooka Bomb must-buy to me.
