I agree with you on the belief that high quality games take time to develop and there will be delays and such in those cases too.
I wonder though with it being someone based in Japan writing the original article if there may be a paradigm shift occurring over there in Japan where gamers may be opening themselves up to switching to another console system or just focusing on the handheld market for now.
My pokemon brings all the nerds to the yard. And they're like, "You wanna trade cards?" Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I'll trade this, but not my charizard.
