i noticed those ads on the CM website but did/are they even going to air them? Secondly is it really the same market as the Grudge, i don't really think it is.

 

The "scared" videos for Cursed Mountain probably never gonna air. They have a "viral" brand on youtube.

And the comparsion with the Grudge scared videos... well... looks excatly the same thing to me:

Well, probably a rip off. The thought "Hey, this Grudge video is a good video, right? And its on only for japan, right? We could do the same thing for the US with cursed mountain!"

1) Personally, i dont see any problem with it. Different global regions, not stealing.

If ad agencies didnt steal ideas from across the globe, you wouldnt see half ads you see normally

 

2) I didnt saw the videos now, before posting it. So i dont remember if they´re really funny of worthy. But i think i laughed the first time i saw...
