It seems to me that M&S, COD4 and Assassin's Creed won't quite hit the mark this year, though all will easily reach it lifetime.
GHIII will blow by the mark. Between the 4 versions, I think it could sell 6M lifetime.
SMG, obviously a lock.
It sounds like Pro Evo is a lock.
Mass Effect I'm unconvinced will hit 2M lifetime... And Wii Fit, absolutely not. Not with 1 month in 1 territory...
But what hits 2M before an arbitrary date like Jan 1 isn't too important. Lots of games from the season will hit 2M lifetime.
