Like others have stated, for your sake I hope that you are trolling and dont actually believe the stuff you say.
First of all, the private market rations healthcare! They actually raise rates and refuse to cover people whose costs go up because of illness. Government health programs, from Medicare to the VA, do no such thing.
The only thing the government even suggests about 'patient death' is counseling for patients and family members about tough decisions. Most people dont make it clear to their family what their wishes are, so instead of leaving it to the family to guess wether they should pull or not pull the plug, its better to have a doctor counsel a patient beforehand so they can come to their own decision with their family.
