It's because some people think Obama's a Muslim and most of those people think that Muslims are all like Osama Bin Laden. The notion that Obama is a Muslim is ridiculous when it is Quite clear he is a communist. The reason why some children are afraid that Obama is going to kill their grandparents is that if Obamas healthcare plan gets through rationing will be set up which will inevitably lead to death panels that decide whether it is cost effective to keep them alive, So some young children's imagination gets out of hand leading them to falsely think that Obama will personally kill their grandparents.
