Tbh I think it's because VGZ is free/community site. Cause I recall the threads, that were made regarding how correct Chart Track was, and taking every shot they could at VGZ numbers. EVEN with the logic of the Chart Track numbers not making sense...To me the only reason why people would "respect" their numbers more is because VGZ is seen as a "community" site not a professional one.
The Interweb is about overreaction, this is what makes it great!
