1. Rogers Video. They frequently sell their recent release rental copies 2 for $40. It's how I buy most of my ps3 games. I know someone who works there which makes it even easier to get the games I want for $20 each, usually in perfect condition with manuals.
2. Craigslist/Kijiji. Good for selling stuff I don't like. Paid in cash, no fees.
3. EB Games. They are ok for some older cheaper games and worthwhile when running good promotions or trade in deals. Anyone who buys their $55 used games needs to try harder though. They also try to sell you gutted games as new which annoys me and means I rarely buy from them unless there's a compelling reason to do so.
