Madworld had a lot going against it. Art Style. Excessive swearing (which really won't play well in middle America). Art style. Extreme (if cartoony) violence. Art style. Repetitive. Art style. Short.
Really it's a great rental but not worth full price to own IMO. It's not a game I'd ever return too.
HoTD:O probably would have sold better too if they didn't go crazy with the f-bombs. Most adults don't consider needless swearing as being mature at all.
Glad to see Sega remaining committed to the cause. I just hope they start making a little more mature, M for Mature games and not stuff for teens wanting to be 'mature'.
