Capcom trademarks 'Sengoku Basara' in North America

Well, this might indicate some future plans from Capcom. The company has registered a trademark for 'Sengoku Basara' in North America. This would seem to indicate that the 'Devil Kings' moniker that was used last time around is no longer going to get used. Could Capcom be looking to restart the franchise in North America the correct way, this time leaving everything intact from the Japanese versions of this series? Perhaps we'll find out with Sengoku Basara 3!
