America is not much better. Developer had to self censor tits in Witcher becouse they were afraid it would bring them AO only rating :D

But its not illegal in America. They just did not want the AO rating, which they would not have gotten, because tits are accptable in a M rated games (see God of War).

 

 

America is WAY better when it comes to the subject of censoring. Nearly if not all bills that try to get passed that would put restricitons on video games are shot down pretty quickly.

I'm not going to get into a where's better debate here but it's technically not illegal here either.  Games that can't achieve a 15+ rating are just not allowed to occupy store space.  It's not illegal to import or even illegal for Australian vendors to sell these games online.

Even though i rarely look to buy such games i find the lack of an 18+ rating just ridiculous.
