MAybe she goes into hideing, Fed sends other bounty hunters after (que MPH), she somehow loses her power ups, etc. I can definatly see plot potential, not that it really matters. |
Or if you don't want to do another sequel, there's a lot of prequel potential in Samus' past relationships with the Chozo and the Space Pirates.
