Well I don't know if I'd say that's a lie or simply taking spin all the way to the line that seperates spin from lies. Technically they just said that they themselves were supply constrained due to producing the new gimped PAL PS3's. That could be completely true, that they haven't been able to produce many NTSC PS3's which would make their claim true. Although it is in the same sentence they don't condition the first part on the second part, they simply said PS3 sales were up and they are supply constrained. Yes they could both be true, yes they put them in the same sentence to make it appear as though they go together, yes they don't mention if retailers are "supply constrained" (very evidently they are not), and yes that is the art of spin taken to the very limit of spin.
