The game that concept art was lifted from was a DS game and not this game. You are incorrect about the stolen art being for this game.

The game was called, "Children of the Night" and the artwork that was shown was a fan art made by a polish guy as a tribute to the Castlevania series. I would post the link but I cannot for some reason. Google: Nibris stolen art.
