I'll recommend Super Robot Taisen Original Generations Endless Frontier Saga. (Try saying that 3 times fast...)
Good points include:
- Utterly hilarious - A comedy from start to finish.
- Great battle system - It's turn-based yet not turn-based in the sense that you control the timing of all the attacks similar to Valkyrie Profile. Playing well can net you 200+ hit combos versus maybe 15 hits which really affects the difficulty.
- Good difficulty - It can get very challenging at points. Some bosses easily have over 300k HP and swing pretty hard.
- Nice story - It's easier to follow if you played the first OG games on the GBA but you really don't have to have played them to enjoy it.
- Great soundtrack full of new songs and remixed originals:
