Does the conduit really look worse than Doom 3 and Riddick on the Xbox?

I am so sorry.

But the Conduit looks like utter shit. I put it on my Wii, via my new HDTV and I simply was disgusted with it.

I am a fanboy, through and through, but damn it's ugly.
