I don't think so because the PS3 is a Japanese console and it is easily beating the 360 in its most important region and with games like FFXIII, Versus XIII, and GT5 on the way while the 360 doesn't have anything comparable on the way in Japan, then the PS3's lead will continue to grow in Japan while it stays about equal in Europe especially following the release of GT5 and Versus XIII as PS3 exclusives there. The only region where PS3 won't win or be about equal (considering its price relative to 360's) will be the US.
