Sony's press conference is three hours long! That's longer than E3!

I think you are both right.  I have been dissapointed by previous Leipzig conferences.  I don't expect much from this one, but if Sony is going to drop the price, release the slim, and release GT5 they would probably announce it during GamesCom.  I think TGS may be too late, except for perhaps the GT5 announcement.  Also, the 3 hour conference indicates that Sony will have something to announce/demo.

I hope that Sony gives a proper demonstration of their motion technology.  I don't want to see some random mini-game, but a real implementation of how it will expand the non-casual experience.  I want to see a full level of Killzone 2 demo'd with the wands.  If Sony's grand plan for motion is endless "kickball" games than I think I will pass.  If they are serious about a Spring 2009 launch, then they better start to fill in the details of their plan.
